First we ask that you fill out our form below and a team member will reach out to gather more information through a phone interview!

3. Assessment

After it has been determined that our program is right for your family and before treatment begins, we will schedule an Initial Assessment (which can take up to 2-4 hours). 

2. Verify

Our team will begin verifying your insurance after the phone interview and after you have submitted all other necessary documents. 

4. Prepare Treatment

Following the assessment, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss the unique treatment plan developed for your child. Once a trained technician is available, your child can soon begin their journey at JOY!
